New to Netlify, but can't work out how to create content?

I am new to Netlify and I am currently looking to see if it is suitable for our needs. I created a templated Hugo site, by clicking on the " Hugo Site Starter" link in the page:

I authorise access to GitHub and specify a site name. Finally I ended up the page:

Netlify App (not real site name)

At this point, I am scanning the page for anything that looks like it would indicate content management and I can’t find it. Clicking on the site link just gives me the templated site and nothing else.

Can you give me any indication how I start creating site at this point?
