Hi!
I am running into this error on forms with netlify recaptcha enabled. I was able to replicate this on two of my sites and then found a random example on the web via grep.app that also has this same error → https://srf.netlify.app/.
This is stopping submissions on forms so I had to remove data-netlify-recaptcha="true" from all our forms.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’m having the same issue and can’t find a solution. Removing the data-netlify-recaptcha="true" did not remove the error or the reCaptcha in my case. I’m wondering if this has to do with being on the starter tier, but I can’t find any clear information or direction about this.
I had to remove all references of data-netlify-recaptcha="true" to fix the issue. I had one on the form itself and then the other one was on an empty div where recaptcha is rendered.
I’m having the same issue. I have multiple sites hosted with forms on Netlify using the Netlify reCAPTCHA and they suddenly all broke today. I think the issue must be on the backend of Netlify since it just happened today. Hoping it gets fixed soon since it’ll take a long time to go through every site and remove this.
I’m also running into this issue and can’t find a workaround. Hoping Netlify support gets back soon. 
I’m having the same issue, SEVERAL sites running ads and this is causing a major issue and costing money. Forms can’t be submitted. Hoping someone from netlify can shed light on the situation. I would hate to remove it from all sites just to have to add it back but that seems like the only solution for now.
