Dear Netlify Support Team,
I am the registered owner of the domain logika.my, but I am currently unable to connect and configure it for my website on Netlify.
When I attempt to add the domain, Netlify displays the following error:
“logika.my or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I do not know which Netlify account or team currently has control of the domain configuration.
My intended Netlify site is:
magenta-lebkuchen-e36fb5.netlify.app
Netlify has prompted me to verify control of the domain by adding a DNS TXT record.
I am prepared to complete this verification and provide any additional proof of domain ownership required.
Could you please assist me with the following:
Verify my control and ownership of logika.my.
Identify whether the domain or any of its subdomains is associated with another Netlify account or team.
Remove or release the conflicting Netlify DNS configuration after ownership verification.
Allow me to connect the domain to my current Netlify website.
Advise me of the final DNS records required to configure both logika.my and www.logika.my correctly.
I have attached a screenshot showing the verification page and domain conflict.
I can also provide registrar documentation, account information, or additional DNS verification records if required.
Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated, as this issue is preventing the configuration and launch of the LOGIKA website.
