Hello Netlify Support,
I own the domain jubileepride.com, which is registered with GoDaddy.
I am trying to connect jubileepride.com to my new Netlify account/site, but I receive this error:
“jubileepride.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
The domain is currently using these Netlify nameservers:
I do not have access to the previous Netlify account/team that currently manages the domain.
My new Netlify site is:
hotel-jubliee-pride.netlify.app
I own and control the domain through GoDaddy and can verify ownership through DNS.
Please help me release jubileepride.com from the previous Netlify team so I can add it to my new Netlify account.
