Neon db can not be found in Netlify

Here is the case:

When I started to use Netlify with Neon following the instructions, everything works well.

Then, I found that db location cannot change once created. So I recreated a new database.

But when I tried to rematch the new db and Netlify, it cannot be found in Netlify.

I tried the “Add new database” button, but errors came up, and I couldn’t found where to set.

I found the solution.
My personal account and organization account both named “Gusty”, so when I select the organization account, it shows up.
