@SWELLZ You appear to be extremely confused.
Netlify is primarily a provider of self-service hosting and support is limited to Netlify specific issues.
Unless you have an enterprise agreement with them they won’t assist with managing your site affairs.
MX Records are a type of DNS Record, both are to be set and managed by you.
Netlify do not provide MX Records as they do not provide an email service.
You will need to self configure your DNS, (wherever that is managed), and add the appropriate MX records from whatever email provider you’re choosing to use.
