Cannot add MX record to DNS panel

Error provisioning DNS (463) Cannot add MX records to access my gmail account. Please help.

Attached is the error I received when trying to add a MX record to my DNS panel. I created my domain with Namecheap about a year ago and have hosted the domain on here on Netlify for the past 2 months. I’m just now realizing this is the reason I cannot receive emails. Any help will be great, thank you!!
