Namecheap subdomain CNAME not found issue

I have followed the Namecheap guide to setting up a subdomain to point to my netlify app but the page only resolves to

Not Found - Request ID: 01G173QBS4PGSEP4SEQE5S2B2X

I am not sure what I am doing wrong as it seems a straightforward process

Hey @maxPugh

I assume you are talking about the jobs subdomain and not the www or test subdomains which both point to the Namecheap parking page.

Have you added the domain e.g. jobs.example.com to your Netlify site as a custom domain?
