Name sscloud.xyz has a conflicting custom domain in another account

I am trying to add the custom domain sscloud.xyz to my Netlify account, but I am encountering an error stating that the domain has a conflicting custom domain in another account. To resolve this issue, I have logged into my domain registrar/DNS management service and added a TXT record with the value ‘verified-for-netlify’ to verify my ownership of the domain. Despite this, the conflict persists, and I need assistance from the Netlify support team to make any necessary configuration changes on their end to allow me to use sscloud.xyz with my Netlify account.

Go to https://www.netlify.com/support/
For ‘What kind of help do you need?’
Select ‘Another site is using this domain’

Then provide the relevant details, (and perhaps a link back to this thread).

Netlify’s team will then respond to you via email.
