My domain name is https://aurxctest.netlify.app/, i have no idea why my smtp not working here on netlify tho its working on other hosting website that i used before. please help me i badly need it

First, you need your own custom domain name. You cannot have an email address on the Netlify.app domain.

Second, Netlify does NOT handle e-mail / SMTP, no matter what, so you need to arrange that elsewhere. Once you have external e-mail set up, you can add DNS settings (to your custom domain DNS dashboard) to point to your e-mail provider.

Which SMTP service are you using? Try using SMTPget, they are good SMTP server provider.
