My domain has a conflicting custom domain in another account

I have purchased the domain “happiest.live” and tried to add it to Netlify DNS. But it says “name happiest.live has a conflicting custom domain in another account.” I hope you can provide a solution. Thank you! :wink:

I have added a TXT record with verified-for-netlify and this post url as the value.

Is it a parsing problem?

Hi @lmnvzhg,

These types of issues are usually happen when the domain has been assigned to another account. I don’t believe I’ve ever heard of it being a parsing problem.

If you’re seeing a similar issue, let us know the domain and we can check. Thanks!
