I’m a newbie to Netlify. Try do sort things out on my own but no luck. I’m using auto deployment and in free tier by the way.
One build is published but doesn’t change to complete. So the latest one doesn’t start.

Hi, what happens when you try and cancel the build? Can you do this on your end then reinitiating the build?
If you cannot cancel the stuck build on your end can you let us know? We can do it on our end.
