MX records not publishing to Netlify DNS (email outage for prismproposals.com)

Hi Netlify team,

My domain is using Netlify DNS with nameservers. I have added the standard Google Workspace MX records. These records show up in the Netlify DNS UI, but they are not actually being published.

When I run:

dig MX prismproposals.com @dns1.p09.nsone.net

…I get “no records found”. I’ve deleted and re-added the records multiple times and waited over an hour, but they still do not publish. The website records are working fine (A/NETLIFY records), but without MX records being published, all of my email is down — which is urgent as I need it for client communications and verification codes.

Could you please refresh or re-publish the DNS zone for prismproposals.com so these MX records go live?

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out and for notifying us of this! Yesterday, our DNS provider experienced an incident regarding DNS propagation, so I think that may have affected your MX records. I now see them propagated and confirmed they are synced to your DNS zone. Can you test out your email and confirm if it’s working again?
