I previously added my domain (thearsnet.com) to a Netlify account that I have since deleted. Now, when I try to add the domain to my new Netlify account, I receive the error:
“thearsnet.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
my current site name: thearsnet.netlify.app
Previous email:complexcomputer28@gmail.com
I am the owner of the domain and can verify ownership by adding a DNS TXT record if needed. Please help me remove the domain from the previous (deleted) account so I can add it to my new Netlify account.
I have a problem that somehow may be similar. I created an account on Netlify, created a project, and added a Domain purchased through Netlify. It turns out that I moved my project to another platform and deleted the project from Netlify. My access to my domain is gone. I try to add it again, but it says it is already being used. How do I resolve this? Thanks!
