Let's Encrypt SSL provisioning stuck on custom domain — gingerbeerchile.cl

Hi Netlify Support team,

Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate provisioning has been stuck for over 24 hours on my custom domain and I’ve exhausted all the self-service options. Requesting a manual trigger on your side.

Site details

  • Site name: fastidious-meringue-789134
  • Site ID: 7b365f48-da3f-42ce-859c-f0f7915e2e66
  • Custom domain: gingerbeerchile.cl
  • Alias: www.gingerbeerchile.cl
  • Managed DNS: yes (Netlify DNS)
  • Account owner: paulfloorp@gmail.com

Current state

  • The .netlify.app subdomain serves the site perfectly over HTTPS.
  • DNS is correctly delegated to dns1-4.p02.nsone.net (confirmed via the .cl registrar NIC.cl).
  • SOA record confirms the zone is managed by Netlify (domains+netlify.netlify.com).
  • NETLIFY records for both apex and www exist in the DNS panel and resolve to fastidious-meringue-789134.netlify.app.
  • No CAA records on the domain, so Let’s Encrypt is not blocked.
  • The Domain management UI alternates between “Waiting on DNS propagation” and (after clicking Verify/Retry) “DNS verification was successful”, but the certificate never progresses to “Provisioning” or “Provisioned”.
  • The internal verify endpoint /sites/<site_id>/ssl/verify_custom_domain returns {"result": true}.
  • However, GET .../ssl returns null and site.ssl stays false.

What I’ve already tried

  • Clicking “Verify DNS configuration” and “Retry DNS verification” multiple times
  • Removing and re-adding both the custom domain and the www alias via the Domain management UI
  • Confirming domain_aliases includes www.gingerbeerchile.cl
  • Waiting over 24 hours since DNS verification first succeeded

It looks like the Let’s Encrypt provisioning job is stuck in the queue on your side and needs a manual nudge. Could you please trigger a fresh Let’s Encrypt provision on this site?

Thanks a lot!
Paul
