Our users are reporting intermittent issues with the site returning an Internal Server Error with the request ID in the subject line. This occurred at 9.05am this morning (UK time).
There is no service outage currently according to the status page.
Please can someone explain why this is happening?
That error message for that in our backend is usually seen when the connection from a CDN node to our origin server could have failed.

Hi, it is intermittent unfortunately so hard to know - we haven’t had any reports of it for a couple of weeks now though so it may be resolved.
Is this issue something you’re aware of and doing something to fix?
