Hello Netlify support team.

I had bought a new domain “phanvandat.id.vn”. But when i try add it to my site in Netlify, it have trouble “id.vn or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team”. Please help me fix it.

Huh, it seems that id.vn is a generic second-level domain on the VN ccTLD. Probably a new one since it’s not on the Public Suffix List.

I’ll escalate this to a staff member for them to look at.

It have a new trouble: " id.vn is already registered. If you registered this domain name through a different registrar, select Add subdomain to begin delegating it to Netlify" . When i click “Add subdomain” => “name phanvandat.id.vn has a conflicting custom domain in another account”.

I have the same issue with the domain “taxidongthap.id.vn”. Please help me.

Hi, when I verify your record I see this

% host -t txt verified-for-netlify.hoangluan.id.vn
verified-for-netlify.hoangluan.id.vn is an alias for hoangluan.id.vn.
