Hi,
I need help releasing a domain from a deleted Netlify account.
Domain: fidelisledger.us
The domain was previously connected to an old account (marvan@corehomewater.com), which has now been deleted.
I have:
- Removed the domain from all sites
- Deleted the old account
- Confirmed the domain is using GoDaddy nameservers (ns07/ns08.domaincontrol.com)
However, I still cannot add the domain to my new site. Netlify shows:
“fidelisledger.us is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team”
Can you please manually release this domain so I can attach it to my current site?
