I have a base domain https://servelively.in and a subdomain as auth.servelively.in as we see servelively.in wildcard certificate. still SSL is is not working for subdomain , kindly let us know how do I enable it ?
auth.servelively.in is not hosted on Netlify, it is hosted on Firebase. As mentioned in this documentation
For all certificate service types, Netlify enables HTTPS for only Netlify-hosted content. If you use Netlify to host content on an apex domain and other hosts for content on subdomains, Netlify cannot enable HTTPS for the subdomains with externally-hosted content.
You will need to obtain a separate certificate for that domain.
