How to change name servers

I’m looking to connect my domain to cloudflare with firebase. In the instructions on floudflare it says to go to your registrars site (netlify) and change the name servers. When I attempt it, they have a chain icon and won’t let me edit them.

If you purchased a domain through Netlify and wish to use alternative DNS, you will need to move your domain away from Netlify. See the following Support Guide for more

Hi, @jstanleyf1985. What @coelmay said is correct. To change the name servers you need direct control at the registrar which is Name.com and not Netlify. If you open a support ticket for this we will send the instructions to complete the transfer.
