I would like to move my domain to Netlify. The domain is eclecticsaddlebag.com and after some research it appears it is hosted at Surge, with Cloudflare serving the CDN/DNS, and mail handled at Hushmail. The domain is handled at Hover.com .
Do you have a good document that would limit my downtime in migrating to Netlify?

First, you can move you DNS to Netlify but that isn’t the same as transferring the domain to us. More here:

Answer: You can’t transfer a domain name to Netlify- but, if you buy a domain using Netlify you can transfer it to another registrar.
domain name registrar . Registrars are the companies and organizations which sell domain names. Only official registrars can accept inbound domain transfers. Because we are not a registrar, you cannot transfer a domain name to us.
