I was wondering how I would go about creating a subdomain in a subdomain? For example “cat.dog.example.com”. I see you can add a subdomain but I am unable to add two next to each other.

Yes I have seen that but it states nowhere how to add multiple subdomains.
you can add multiple subdomains, one at a time, for any custom domain
