Hi, Netlify stuck at Preparing your domain… for more than 48 hours

Hi

My site name is: https://paint-renov8.netlify.app/ and its been stuck. It needs to resolve to https://paintrenov8.co.za/ (primary domain), www version → https://www.paintrenov8.co.za

The issue you are experiencing might be related to a misconfigured DNS. I recommend using Ask Netlify for help with DNS setup. It was very helpful for me when I configured my custom domain.

I had a similar problem, and what fixed it for me was changing my domain’s nameservers to Netlify’s nameservers. After updating them, my site worked correctly.
