We are receiving the " [another site is using this domain” Verifying domain ownership for Netlify production domain]" error message when attempting to re-assign the domain to a different site within our account.
The domain is still likely tied to the prior site that we had been using. The TXT verification record with the support ID has been added to the DNS.

Please let me know in case that didn’t work out - there was a half-configured DNS Zone for instrument.com that was set up 4 years ago and clearly not in use anymore that I removed.
