Help -unable to pay my invoice

Hi Netlify Support,

I’m reaching out because I’m unable to pay my invoice and, as a result, my websites are currently offline.

I have tried to access the billing page through multiple methods — desktop browser, mobile browser, incognito mode, and different browsers — but all attempts result in a fatal rendering error with the following Netlify Internal ID:

rK4fyBFY3H2G0yVrAqCHc

The error message states: “A JavaScript error caused the Netlify user interface to crash.”

I also did not receive a direct payment link via email that would allow me to bypass the panel.

This is urgent, as my sites are down and I’m ready to pay immediately. Could you please provide an alternative payment method or resolve the billing page issue as soon as possible?
