Get Authentic error/ Suspension in first time account creation

Hi, I was trying to create an account with my GitHub ID in NETLIFY for the first time. But it said I’ve already an account and get Authentication error, which is definitely not true. Next I tried to open an account with a different email address and there also got a suspension.
please help me as I need an account badly for deploying one of my React project

Netlify may not respond to your ban, so you may want to try using another provider.

The usual solution for the authentication issue is the following steps.

1. Login to Netlify using the email address and password only. If you do not have a password configured, you can add one by using the password reset form: Netlify App
2. Once logged into Netlify with the email address and password, change the GitHub account associated with this email address here: Netlify App
3. Log out of Netlify.

Once this is done, you should be able to log into Netlify using GitHub or the email address. Both methods of login should work now.
