Hi team,
My Free team Hazzon is blocked from production deploys by the “running on operational credits” banner, but the credit balance does not support that state.
Usage & billing shows 29.3 / 30 credits remaining, and the entire balance is labelled Operational credits, granted September 1, 2026 and expiring September 29, 2026. So the grant for the current billing cycle appears to have been issued as operational credits rather than regular ones, which means it can never be spent on production deploys — and waiting for the next cycle will simply repeat the same grant.
This is not real consumption. My builds are a static site and take 7 seconds each; the usage breakdown shows roughly 0.7 credits used for the whole cycle. There is no plausible way 30 deploy credits were consumed in a single day.
This looks like the same stuck credit-flag issue several other Free teams have reported since July/August 2026.
Could you please check the account and reset the flag so production deploys can resume?
