Hello Netlify team,
My Free plan team (adolfojalvarezg02) is currently blocked from publishing new production deploys. The dashboard shows the banner stating it is running on operational credits, even though my billing page shows available credits.
This seems to match the known stuck-flag issue reported recently in the forums. Could an administrator please reset the restriction/flag on my account so I can resume deploying? Thank you!
