Hello Netlify team,
My team “ai-persona-lab” (Free plan) is showing the banner “is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”, even though I have credits available in Usage & Billing.
My published site is still live, but I am unable to push new production deploys.

This looks like the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams. Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for my team?
