I have a form on my site that is handled by netlify. I can see the form under “active forms” and I can see 5 verified submissions. The form submission usage stays at 0/100. Why isn’t it updating?

It looks like you have 10 total submissions, but 0 submissions since the start of this new billing cycle, which is why you’re seeing a difference in the two numbers.
Well, the billing cycle was reset yesterday and I made the submissions well over a week ago. I made sure to check that I was in the same cycle.
EDIT: Also, the /site/#site_id#/usage api endpoint also shows 0 used submissions

Hi @_Jasper! Thanks for your patience here. This has been fixed so moving forward all form submissions will be counted correctly, we’re still working to backfill the data to include those missing submissions.
