Form submission email notification: form-specific scoping not saving, always reverts to "any form"

Hi Netlify team,

On my site saltlinestudio-neuroinspire-preview, form-scoped email notifications won’t save. Steps to reproduce: in Project configuration > Notifications > Form submission notifications, I add an Email notification, enter an email address, and under Form select a specific form (e.g. contact). The dropdown shows it selected. Then I click Save.

Expected: the notification is scoped to the selected form (“…on new submission from contact”).

Actual: it always saves as “…on new submission from any form”. Editing the notification and re-selecting the form saves without error but reverts to “any form” every time, including after a full page reload. The site has 3 verified active forms (contact, summit-contact, course-interest), and I’ve reproduced this consistently in Chrome on macOS today.

Is this a known issue with the new dashboard? Scoping notifications per form is essential for my client’s launch.

Plan: Free

Production deploys are blocked with "Account credit usage

exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added"

but my Usage & Billing page shows 30/30 credits available.

This looks like the same stale credit flag bug reported by

other Free plan users. Could you please reset the flag on

my account?

Bumping this — still reproducible today (Chrome, macOS). The site launches next week, so per-form notification scoping is now time-critical. Could someone from the support team confirm whether this is a known regression in the new dashboard, and whether there’s a workaround (e.g. setting the form scope via the API)? Happy to provide a HAR file or screen recording if that helps.
