Could you please escalate this request to a human support agent?
I do not need the site or database restored for normal production use. I only need one of the following:
- Temporary read-only access to the
productiondatabase so I can export my data, or - A downloadable export of the latest production database backup/snapshot.
The data is important and I am migrating the application away from Netlify. I only need to retrieve the existing data once.

The CLI currently returns:
Failed to fetch applied migrations (423): database is disabled
Please let me know if a support engineer can provide the latest database backup or temporarily enable export access.
