Database transfer quota

I’m in the Pro plan and I have a NextJS app with a Netlify database that hit a “data transfer quota” error. Because of that the database was locked and there’s nothing we can do to unlock it. The new fully managed Postgres database do not allow take ownership of it. I cant do a dump because the database is down. I still have many credits in my balance.

Update: 06/29

We are at a new billing cycle, still no response here nor in the email support, the database is still locked. The error cause was that the bandwidth limit was reached but it should reset in at a new billing cycle. Nevertheless here we are, the app is down, no access to the database, no way to get our data out from Netlify.
