External page redirected the return url(my netlify page) to generic netlify 404 page

Hi,

  • Platform: React
  • Site name: newworldcheckout.netlify
  • My netilfy site serves as a return url after a successful payment from a third party payment.
    Problem: It redirects to netlify 404 page.

Hey Mark, It looks like the netlify site newworldcheckout.netlify.app does not exist or is returning a 404 error. Please check to make sure an index.html file exists at the root of the site. You can learn more here: [Support Guide] I’ve deployed my site but I still see "Page not found”

If there is another URL that you are referring to? If so, please provide this information and we’ll take a look!
