Hey Netlify Team,
Today I ran into a strange issue where both my sites suddenly started showing just a black screen with this message:
Error - Request ID: 01K15B28214ECAD7WBJ92TNW1Y
This happened without any code changes or deploys on my end everything was working fine before, and after a little while, it resolved itself automatically.

I’m just trying to understand what might’ve caused this. Was it a temporary platform issue? Something from my side? And most importantly how likely is this to happen again?
I also checked the build logs, and they looked normal. I tried looking through Ask Netlify and the Support Guides, but couldn’t find anything specific to this Request ID or behavior.
Would
appreciate any insights into what went wrong and if there’s anything I can do to prevent it in the future.
