Site seem to be unreachable even though locally it builds fine. Please assist

Having the same issue as well:

Site went down at around 1:40pm EST Jan 17, 2022

Locally site is building fine. No new deployments or no new code was pushed at the time the site went down.

I see both sites working now. However, if they are still now working or if there are any other questions, please reply here anytime.
