can you please clarify and I have read the Forum you shared, however I have already tried this method by removing the 99.83.190.102 and only keeping 75.2.60.5 and CNAME to www, but i still face the error of ERROR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, also the forum says that they have removed netlify records, however…

Also currently my DNS records only have Netlify for my primary domain and apex, no A and no CNAME records as advised by Netlify chatbot, and my apex status is stuck at Preparing Your Domain, while Primary Domain shows tick with Netlify DNS
