Today we’re excited to announce the release of some big improvements for monitoring your Edge Functions: in-app Edge Functions logs improvements and Edge Functions log drains.
In-app Edge Functions logs
The Edge Functions view in the Netlify app has been recently updated to include the following improvements:
- Increased data retention for customers on our Pro plan or above (7 days worth of logs)
- More granular date filtering capabilities
- Faster query and returned logs performance for function name and path filtering

Edge Functions log drains
Enterprise customers can now configure Edge Function logs to be exported to any of the logging and monitoring providers that we support within our log drains feature. These logs can be used for deeper analysis, included in custom monitoring dashboards, or used for creating alerts.
