Hi, I need help getting my domain manually released from a deleted Netlify account.
My new Netlify site: starlit-otter-5d91a5.netlify.app
Custom domain: thermx.io
Error message: “thermx.io or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
What happened: I had a previous Netlify account where I added thermx.io to Netlify DNS. I deleted that account entirely, created a new account, and now I cannot add thermx.io to the new account because it’s still registered in your system from the deleted account.
My nameservers are currently Google (ns-cloud-b1.googledomains.com through b4) so I am NOT using Netlify DNS — I just need thermx.io released from your internal database so I can add it to my new account as an external DNS domain.
I have an open support ticket but have not received a response. Can someone please manually release this domain?
