Domain Registration Failed/Stuck - Not Charged After 3 Days - https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&source=gmail&q=amrutbhumi.com

Hello Netlify Support Team,

I am experiencing a severe issue with a domain I attempted to purchase directly through Netlify, and the process has been completely stuck for 3 days.

1. Netlify Site Name:

  • amrutbhumi.netlify.app (This is the Netlify subdomain I am trying to connect to.)

2. Custom Domain & Error Details:

  • Custom Domain: amrutbhumi.com

  • Status in Dashboard: “Preparing your domain…”

  • Error Message in HTTPS Section: “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.” (See attached screenshot).

3. Crucial Context (Why it is stuck):

  • I initiated the purchase of amrutbhumi.com directly through the Netlify UI 3 days ago.

  • I have not been charged yet for the domain registration fee.

  • This suggests the issue is a failure or hang-up in the domain registration/transaction process with the registrar (Name.com) and is not a simple DNS propagation delay. Netlify cannot provision the SSL certificate because the domain is not yet fully registered or under Netlify’s control.

4. Steps Taken:

  • Waited for 72+ hours.

  • Attempted to click “Verify DNS configuration” (which sometimes shows successful, but the error returns immediately).

  • Refreshed the page multiple times.

5. Request: I kindly request that a support engineer look into the transaction/registration status for amrutbhumi.com on your end to resolve the stuck state and complete the purchase so the DNS and SSL provisioning can proceed.

Thank you very much for your help!
