I am facing difficulties registering my domain (phoxtra.com). I tried it before it didn’t work so I close the account and now I want to reconnect it and I’m getting feedback that subdomain associated with phoxtra.com is been manage by another team, meanwhile I’m the only person working on my project. I need your assistance.
@OKA Netlify’s staff need to manually remove it from the previous account.

I suggest that you try ‘Site/DNS Transfer’
They may require that you verify ownership of the domain.

thank you for your support. I have no issues verifying the domain but I will need the value to match TXT in the DNS system, is there any information about?

Thank you very much Nathan, I tried the support form earlier but it didn’t go through. I think ii because I’m using the free plan. I will go ahead with the verification.

You’re right that free accounts aren’t entitled to ‘private email support’, but there are some things that aren’t self service and must be performed by Netlify’s staff.
You’ll note on the top of the page it says:
On the Starter plan?
If you’re having trouble logging in , need a site/DNS transfer , or seeing fraud contact the support team . For everything else, get help in our support forums .
So you should be able to use that form for the tasks that Netlify’s staff need to manually act on.

If you find you can’t use that form when selecting the right option, then Netlify need to fix it.

@OKA I’m not sure if you’ve added it, but I don’t see the record yet:
Once it’s there Netlify shouldn’t need to ask you anything else.
You just need to wait for them to discover the request.
