Hi, yes i did it for both.
Host Name: verified-for-netlify
Value: Domain or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team - #2 by katrina-r
Type: TXT

I used link from this post for my value, should i use link from my first message?

Hi,

This is what I see when I check;

% host -t txt verified-for-netlify.activedriverentacar.rs
Host verified-for-netlify.activedriverentacar.rs not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

Can you please confirm if this is the domain you are referring to?

please help me out hrishikesh, even i am having the same issue , domain or one of its subdomain is already managed by netlify DNS on another team

You already have a duplicate here: My domain is not able to connect to my netlify, brotocode.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team. i am getting this issue. can any one solve this issue - Support - Netlify Support Forums

I just run into the issue when I tried to move my domain from another site. I removed it from the old but when trying adding it to the new, I am getting one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team. After talking to support, it turns out, somebody else not associated to us has the domain registered to their account. Now my site is down even so I am the owner of the domain. This is complete disaster and wondering how this is even possible. Netlify really needs to get this sort out.

Hi, @nolafs. This is impossible to sort out unless you share at least some details with us.

I’m not seeing any support tickets opened by you recently. I examined your account and I don’t see any changes to site domain names in the last week either.

Would you mind sharing the support ticket # or the domain name in question so we can research this issue?

You can post that information publicly or you can private message (PM) that to one of our support team. I’ve confirmed that PMs are enabled for your forum login. Please keep in mind that only one person can see the PM and this will likely mean a slower reply than posting the information publicly. Please feel free to reply to however you prefer though.

You can also open a support ticket to troubleshoot this privately. We are here to assist but we do need more information from you before we can do so.

This issue was successfully resolved by your support team. Despite the fact that we owned the domain and had already verified it with Netlify, it turned out that someone else had also used the same domain. We’re unsure how this was possible, considering we encountered no issues during our initial domain verification process. Nevertheless, your support team resolved the matter by removing the second claim to the domain.
