Domain is saying that one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team

hello

I have a domain registered on google domains: medpinch.com.

When I try to add the domain to netlify it gives me the following error:

“medpinch.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team”

I only have one netlify account so I dont know where this domain is being managed by netlify?

my netlify address is : medpinch.netlify.com

Please help. Thank you.

Hi @MJ23 :wave:t6: you’ll need to set a TXT record. Please have a look at our guide. Currently there are no txt values set.

Host verified-for-netlify.medpinch.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

medpinch.com is an active site @MJ23. If you have a Netlify account with a medpinch.netlify.app project then I suggest you are already using the domain as the content I see is the same on both.
