Hi Netlify Team,
I need urgent help with my domain eb-mobility.de.
The Problem:
I accidentally deleted my old Netlify account without
removing the domain eb-mobility.de first. Now the domain
is stuck on the deleted account and I cannot add it to
my new account (ebmobilityug / ebmobility.netlify.app).
Error message: “Another project is already using
this domain”
What I have already done:
- Opened support tickets: #1050365 and #1049423
- No response received despite multiple follow-ups
- Added TXT verification record at my DNS provider (IONOS):
verified-for-netlify=982180da-f2a6-4a02-8ad7-f41bf292eafa
My current Netlify site: ebmobility.netlify.app

Please help me release this domain as soon as possible.
This is blocking my business operations.
