Hello Netlify Support Team,
I am trying to add my custom domain to my Netlify site (stareonofficial.netlify.app), but I received the error message: “stareon.my.id or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I recently acquired this domain and I am the current rightful owner. Could you please help me release it from the old account? Please let me know what TXT record I need to add to my DNS to verify my ownership.
