Subject: Urgent: DNS Verification Failed & Site Not Accessible

Hello Netlify Support Team,

I am encountering persistent issues with my custom domain luxuryweddingsinmalta.com. Despite correctly configuring the DNS settings on Namecheap, my site is still inaccessible, and Netlify continues to show the error “DNS verification failed”.

Issue Details:

  • Domain: luxuryweddingsinmalta.com
  • DNS Provider: Namecheap (BasicDNS)
  • DNS Configuration:
    • A Record (@) → 75.2.60.5
    • CNAME Record (www) → luxuryweddingsinmalta.netlify.app
  • DNS Propagation:
    • Checked via WhatsMyDNS.net, and propagation appears complete for most regions.
    • However, Netlify still cannot verify the domain.
  • Error:
    • In Domain Management, I receive the message:
      :cross_mark: “DNS verification failed – luxuryweddingsinmalta.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify.”
    • When I visit the domain in my browser, I get:
      :stop_sign: “Site not found”.

Actions Taken:

  • I verified DNS propagation multiple times.
  • I tried the “Retry DNS Verification” button several times.
  • I even removed and re-added the domain to Netlify, but the issue persists.
  • I contacted Namecheap support, and they confirmed that the DNS records are correct on their side.

Request for Assistance:

  • Can you help me understand why Netlify still can’t verify my domain?
  • Are there any additional steps I need to take on Netlify to resolve this issue?
  • Is there a way to manually trigger a DNS recheck or clear any potential caching issues on Netlify’s side?

I appreciate your help with this, as the site is intended to be live as soon as possible.
