DNS Verification Failed & Site Not Accessible – brilliancefamily.org

Hello Netlify Support Team,

I am encountering persistent issues with my custom domain brilliancefamily.org. Despite correctly configuring the DNS settings on my registrar (Spaceship), my corporate site is still inaccessible, and Netlify continues to show the error “DNS verification failed”.

Issue Details:

  • Custom Domain: brilliancefamily.org
  • Netlify App Link: subtle-cendol-2a3cdd.netlify.app
  • DNS Provider: Spaceship
  • Active DNS Configuration:
    • A Record (@) → 75.101.145.87
    • CNAME Record (www) → subtle-cendol-2a3cdd.netlify.app
    • TXT Record (verified-for-netlify) → ntl-verify-1439a6a1841992f009ae232089dfc5948aa4a5d9

Error Messages:

  • In Domain Management: :cross_mark: “DNS verification failed – brilliancefamily.org doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify.”
  • In Web Browser: :stop_sign: “Firefox spotted a potentially serious security issue… HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) mismatch / SSL handshake failed.”

Actions Taken:

  1. I have added the custom TXT ownership verification record requested by your platform.
  2. I cleared out all old, conflicting duplicate TXT records and default registrar parking records inside my Spaceship zone editor.
  3. I have tried the “Verify DNS configuration” and “Provision Certificate” buttons multiple times over the last hour.
  4. I removed and re-added the domain to the Netlify project layout to force a fresh index, but the loop continues.

Request for Assistance:

  • Can you please check why the Netlify edge nodes are failing to read the valid A/CNAME routing entries pointing from my nameservers?
  • Is there a localized routing cache or old SSL deployment ghosting on Netlify’s side from a deleted project that needs to be manually cleared by an administrator?
  • Could you please manually trigger a system override to provision the Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for brilliancefamily.org and www.brilliancefamily.org?

I appreciate your urgent help with this, as this corporate portal needs to be live immediately for our organization.

I’m having the same issue with my custom domain. DNS is configured correctly through Netlify, but I’ve been stuck on "Waiting on DNS propagation" for days, and I can’t get a certificate. I’ve deleted and re-added the custom domain, but same issue; certificate is not being issued to my domain. Glad to see I’m not the only one dealing with this issue atm. Hopefully Netlify can look into this, as it seems to be an issue on their end.
