I was trying to add the domain https://quantigoai.com/ to my site but kept receiving this error message.
quantigoai.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.
Hey there, this is happening because the custom domain you’re trying to use already exists on Netlify under a different account.
If you have some idea of who might be using the domain (maybe a previous collaborator or an agency you’ve worked with in the past?), the quickest way to get this resolved is for you to contact that person directly and ask them to remove the domain from their account here:
Netlify App > “Options” dropdown > “Remove domain”
If you’re not sure, please verify domain ownership and let us know by responding here when that’s done. If the verification is successful we can remove the domain from the other account so you can use it on yours.
Removed the domain from that account.
Also, added the TXT record, please check.
Hi, if you were able to remove the domain from the other account you should be able to add the domain to your new account. Is that not the case?
I did remove the domain from the other account but was not able to add it to the current site.
Hiya, just removed the dns zones so you should be able to add it to your new account now. Let me know if that is not the case.
Removed the DNS zone, and cleaned up everything but I can’t pass Netlify’s verification process.
What do you mean by can’t pass the verification process? Can you share a screenshot of what you see?
