Details:
I updated the Nameservers (NS) on Route53 to point to Netlify and tested to confirm that the domain is pointing to Netlify’s NS. It seems to be working as expected, but on Netlify DNS, it is still stuck on ‘Awaiting Netlify DNS’.

Custom Domain: primechasedata.com

Error Message on Netlify DNS: ‘Awaiting Netlify DNS’
Browser Error:
When visiting www.primechasedata.com or primechasedata.com, I receive the following:

• This site can’t be reached
• DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I need the custom domain primechasedata.com to connect successfully and for SSL to be enabled. Could you please advise if there’s something missing or if further action is required on my end?

Sometimes Awaiting Netlify DNS gets updated to Netlfiy DNS (with a checkmark). I try to go to the next step and get SSL but I get this error:

If we end up getting through the Netlify DNS issue, and I go ahead and somehow get to the SSL popup, this is another error I see.
