CNAME record for www subdomain not resolving despite correct DNS configuration

Hi all,

I’m experiencing an issue with my www subdomain not resolving correctly.

Here are the details:

Domain: www.spellcaster.education Error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Current DNS Configuration:

The base domain (spellcaster.education) works perfectly fine, but the www subdomain returns a DNS error. I’ve confirmed:

  1. There are no duplicate or conflicting CNAME records
  2. DNS propagation time has been allowed
  3. The records are correctly configured according to CloudCannon’s specifications

What’s particularly strange is that DNS checking services aren’t seeing the www CNAME record as present, even though it’s configured in our DNS settings.

Could anyone help identify why the www subdomain isn’t resolving?
